Research and development of decision support system for nuclear emergencies
Description
The research and development of decision support system for nuclear emergencies are discussed, including evaluation of radioactive source term, atmospheric dispersion calculation, countermeasure simulation and decision-making analysis of emergency actions. Today, the on-going research and development project of the European decision support system for nuclear emergencies (RODOS) has made great progress. Some countries have taken it as framework and general platform for the research and development of their own national decision support systems. In order to facilitate the research and development of a Chinese decision support system for nuclear emergencies, the progress made and experience gained during the research and development of RODOS are presented
