Computer-supported quality assurance for purchased parts
Description
The firm Porsche has realised an EDP concept which includes the various fields of material economics, goods acceptance test, an automatic high stand warehouse, and automatic small parts warehouse and a driver-free transport system for supplying the production. In this manner, procedures and dialogs on the material economics side give grounds for procedures in the quality assurance and vice versa. (orig.)

Porsche hat ein EDV-Konzept realisiert, welches die verschiedenen Bereiche der Materialwirtschaft, die Wareneingangspruefung, ein automatisches Hochregellager, ein automatisches Kleinteilelager und ein fahrerloses Transportsystem zur Versorgung der Produktion, umfasst. So sind Vorgaenge und Dialoge auf der Materialwirtschaftsseite Anstoss fuer Vorgaenge in der Qualitaetssicherung und umgekehrt. (orig.)Additional details
