For different years (from 2015 to 2019), this set of 8 documents proposes comparisons of heating modes and presentations of results of surveys on heat and cold distribution selling prices. As far as the comparison is concerned, the documents present comparison methods and hypotheses (types of bills, housing characteristics), different comparisons (economic, energy, or in terms of greenhouse effect), comparisons for existing buildings and for buildings complying with the RT2012 regulation. As far as surveys are concerned, the documents first present definitions (differences between prices, etc.), methodologies, and precautions of interpretation. The heat or cold selling price is discussed in terms of impact of the mainly used energy, and of impact of other parameters (quantity of supplied energy, thermal density, quantity of energy supplied by substation, administrative region, decade of creation of the network). Monotone curves of average selling prices are presented
