Exciton-hole scattering in ZnTe

Description
One studied low-temperature luminescence of ZnTe high-pure polycrystals at various levels of the stationary excitation. In the boundary luminescence spectra radiation resulting from scattering of excitons by holes generated by the Auger-recombination of an exciton bonded in (Cu) neutral acceptor was revealed to dominate when the level of excitation increased
Abstract (Russian)
Исследована низкотемпературная люминесценция высокочистых поликристаллов ZnTe при различных уровнях стационарного возбуждения. Обнаружено, что при увеличении уровня возбуждения в спектрах краевой люминесценции доминирует излучение, обусловленное рассеянием экситонов дырками, генерация которых обеспечивается Оже-рекомбинацией экситона, связанного на нейтральном акцепторе (Cu)Additional details
