Description
A brief overview is provided of two presentations held at the title meeting. The first presentation involved an assessment of the controlling role of the American Supervisor and the available legislation for the victims (and interest organizations) to recover their damages. The second presentation addressed the European legislation that could play a role should such a disaster occur in European waters.

Een kort overzicht wordt gegeven van twee presentaties die tijdens de titel bijeenkomst werden gegeven. De eerste presentatie was een beschouwing van de controlerende rol van de Amerikaanse toezichthouder en de voor de slachtoffers (en belangenorganisaties) voor handen zijnde wetgeving om hun schade te verhalen. De tweede presentatie behandelde vervolgens de Europese regelgeving die een rol zou kunnen spelen indien een dergelijke ramp in Europese wateren zou voorkomen.Additional details
