Estimation of MC-flow state with measuring errors

Description

A particular case of flow states with hopping intensity, the so-called MC-flow states is considered. Changes in the MC-flow intensity require changes in the operation mode of error-sensing devices during physical experiments. To achieve this goal it is necessary to estimate the states of these flows. An algorithm is offered to estimate MC-flow states in the presence of errors on measuring the initial moment of processes
