Ionizing radiation effects on typical DC/DC converters

Description

Ionizing radiation effects of typical DC/DC converters are studied in this paper. The relationships between output voltage and irradiation dose under test conditions of output load and input voltage are discussed. The results show that the output voltage decreased with increasing the output load, and the input voltage has less effect on the output voltage. (authors)
