Mixed integer problems in optimizing irradiation scheduling
Description
Irradiation problems in the context with computerized tomography are modeled by mathematical methods. Thereby the maximal deviation from the proscribed dose is minimized. This is achieved by choosing optimal radiation field components. Using examples the quality of the mathematical solution is investigated in comparison to visually optimized solutions. (Suda)
