Postradiation changing of morphofunctional status of neutrophils

Description

At experiments on white mice was revealed quantitative changing in the peripheral blood cells and functional and metabolic status of neutrophilic granulocytes, irradiation impact by low doses (0.25 and 0.5 Gy). Acute irradiation by low doses (0.25-0.50 Gy) accompanying intensification of metabolism and increasing of functional cell status. Radiation impact at the lethal doses (6.0-8.0 Gy) lead to deactivation of neutrophilic granulocytes, which are indicated in decreasing of intracellular lipid content in early period after irradiation impact and long-term recovery of these indices at survived animals after irradiation impact
