Radiation passport for occasional activities in nuclear installations

Description
According to sec. 62 para. 2 and sec. 20 a of the Radiation Protection Ordinance the competent authorities are committed to issue a radiation passport upon request for persons occasionally working in atomic plants. With regard to sec. 1 no. 2 and sec. 7 para. 2 Atomic Energy Act this obligation exists independent of whether the occupational dose limit has been attained or not. (WG)

Nach Paragraph 62 II, 20 a Strahlenschutzverordnung sind die zustaendigen Behoerden verpflichtet, Personen, die nur gelegentlich in Atomanlagen taetig sind, auf Antrag einen Strahlenpass auszustellen. Mit Ruecksicht auf die Wertung in Paragraph 1 Nr. 2, 7 II AtomG besteht diese Verpflichtung unabhaengig davon, ob der Dosiswert fuer berufliche Bestrahlung erreicht wird oder nicht.
