Description
In the case of a nuclear emergency situation in Ukraine the following measures are planned: forecasting effects of emergencies, contingency planning on the basis of simulation, and timely warning. An automated prognosis and simulation complex has been established of the Ukrainian Civil Defense. (R.P.)
