The research on molten corium coolability measures for the PWR severe accident

Description
The corium melt coolability is perhaps the most vexing issue impacting containment performance in the long term after a severe accident. This paper described the severe accident mitigation concept in respect of corium melt coolability and retention, especially for advanced light water reactor plant. At last the mitigations were briefly reviewed. (authors)
