Natural circulation flow in a closed loop

  • 1. Japan Atomic Energy Research Inst., Tokyo

Description

This paper describes the experimental observation of flow behavior in the heating section of a closed natural circulation loop. The heating section consists of two heating channels with connecting pipes. Even if heat input was different between the channels, the temperature profiles were found to be nearly same. The distribution of flow rate attributed to the temperature. (author)
