Project for the integrated energy-climate national plan for France. February 2019

This project is based on the French multi-year energy programming and on the national low-carbon strategy which both define various objectives related to final energy consumption, primary energy consumption, the share of renewable energy, the renewable and recovery heat and cold, the increase rate for these renewable and recovery energies, and greenhouse gas emissions. After a presentation of the national general outlines and of the plan elaboration procedure, this document proposes a detailed overview of national general and specific objectives. It presents the concerned policies and measures, and then proposes an analysis of the present situation and of projections based on existing policies and measures. It finally relatively briefly analyses the possible impact of planned policies and measures
