Superconducting materials with electron pairs localized on lattice ions

Description

Superconducting materials classification corresponding to a probable type of electron-electron interaction is proposed. Semiconductors containing impurities with negative Habbbard energy having pairs in the r-space at T>TsUb(c):Pbsub(1-x)Tlsub(x)Te, Ba(Pbsub(1-X)Bisub(X))Osub(3)... Ordering of PbsUb(1-x)Insub(x)Te ions of different signs competes with superconducting phase transition in this case. Metals near the insllator-u metal transition with virtual two-electron levels close to the Fermi level: Nasub(x)WOsub(3). Metals containing ''active'' atoms (ions) with odd electron number and low Habbard energy. It is assumed that the diamagnetic polar configuration contribution in total metal energy can increase when a coherent state is formed: Nb, La3S4, Nbsub(1-x)Tisub(x)
