Use of random phase approximation, based on the Cranking model for the 158Dy and 168Er
Description
Random phase approximation, based on the forced rotation model is used for study of characteristics of low-lying states in the 158Dy and 168r. The model reproduces satisfactorily the experimental data on levels of up to approximately 2 MeV without introduction of two-phonon states
