Inversion doublet K=0- band with the α+36Ar cluster structure in 40Ca
Description
The backward angle anomaly in α-particle scattering from 36Ar is analyzed by using a deep potential. It is found that the potential which describes the α+36Ar scattering reproduces well the K=01+ rotational band of 40Ca. The potential inevitably predicts the K=0- band with the α+36Ar cluster structure above the threshold which is a counterpart of the inversion doublet K=01+ band. (author)
