Synthesis and structure of new Na, Zr-phosphate

Description
Na9Zn(PO4)4Cl is synthetized and investigated by X-ray analysis, lattice parameters: a=9.151(1), b=9.081(2), c=5.333(1)A, α=90.63(1)deg, Β=91.17(1)deg, γ=111.52(2)deg, V=414.85 A3, Z=1, ρroent=2.855 g/cm3. Mixed linear radicals (Zr(PO4)4) ∞ particle in the compound build-up. Alkali cation is of double crystallochemical character: two of nine Na atoms are included in the three-dimensional frame content, the rest seven atoms fill its emptiness, compensating for negative pseudoframe charge of (Na2ZrP4O16xCl)7-. In this case, the compound structural formula may be presented as Na7(Na2Zr(PO4)4Cl)
