Description
An enzymatic synthesis of 13N-glutamate from 13N-labelled ammonia has been developed and optimized for routine application in myocardial imaging. A remotely controlled apparatus for the synthesis is described. Results of routine production runs are briefly discussed. (author) 9 refs.; 1 fig
