Description
Stilbene complex of ytterbium (PhCH=CHPh)Yb(THF)2 (1) has been obtained by the reaction of YbI2(THF)2 with 2 equivalents of (PhCH=CHPh)-.Li+. On the basis of IR, ESR spectroscopy and magnetic measurements 1 is classified as a complex of divalent ytterbium with stilbene dianion. Reactivity of 1 towards different classes of reagents is investigated. For (2,4,6-Bu3tC6H2O)2Yb(THF)3 complex X-ray crystal structure analysis is carried out

Стильбеновый комплекс иттербия (PhCH=CHPh)Yb(THF)2 (1) получен по реакции YbI2(THF)2 с двухкратным избытком (PhCH=CHPh)-.Li+. На основании данных ИК-, ЭПР-спектроскопии и магнитных измерений соединение 1 охарактеризовано как комплекс двухвалентного иттербия с дианионом стильбена. Изучена реакционная способность 1 по отношению к различным классам реагентов. Строение продукта реакции 1 с 2,4,6-три-трет-бутил-фенолом, (2,4,6-Bu3tC6H2O)2Yb(THF)3, установлено методом рентгеноструктурного анализаAdditional details
