Safety mechanism of a lifting machine
Description
The lifting machine has at least one winch supporting a chain which passes around a chain pulley in a roller block attached to the load. At least one locking mechanism prevents the rotation of the pulley within the block. The locking mechanism can moves between an out-of-operation position and a locking position. A control system includes load sensors associated with the winch sensing the weight of the load acting through the chain. If one part of the chain should break, the load sensors detect this, and the locking mechanism is activated. The invention applies, more particularly, to the handling winches in a fast neutron nuclear power plant

L'invention concerne un dispositif de securite d'un appareil de levage comportant au moins un treuil a chaine et une moufle portant une poulie a chaine. Le dispositif comporte au moins un moyen de blocage de la poulie par rapport a la moufle mobile entre une position hors service et une position de blocage. Un ensemble de commande comprenant au moins un capteur de charge sur lequel s'applique le poids de la charge par l'intermediaire des brins de la chaine permet de declencher le blocage de la poulie en cas de rupture d'un des brins de la chaine.
