Structural and magnetic properties of ultrathin films by Moessbauer spectroscopy

Description
The magnetic properties of ultrathin films are determined first of all by their structure. The experimental technique giving simultaneously information about the structure and the magnetic behaviour of the film would be optimum. To follow this idea the information about the film structure, obtained from Moessbauer spectra, are discussed. (orig.)
