Barometric effect for the secondary cosmic rays

Description
Explanation of observable variations of the barometric coefficient of secondary cosmic rays is given. A calculation of the expected effect for the neutron component is carried out and comparison with experimental results is made. It is shown that the observable variations of the barometric coefficient may be conditioned only by variation of the index in the power spectrum of cosmic rays
