Nature of cluster states in deformed even-even actinide nuclei

Description

On the base of boson formalism cluster states of deformed actinide nuclei are studying as correlation both collective and cluster motions of nucleons. If collective mode has quadrupole character, the cluster one has dipole character. In the boson space the required model will described by dynamic symmetry U(6) X U(4). Reduction U(6) X U(4) contains SUd(3) X Up(3) contains SUp(3) contains SU(3) contains O(3) corresponds to rotation limit U(6) X U(4) group. Energies of correlated states and E2-transitions possibilities between levels of each λ and μ representations were calculated with using of standard theoretical and group methods. Comparison of calculations with experiments data of even-even isotopes of radium (A=224, 226, 228, 230), thorium (A=224, 226, 228, 230, 232), uranium (A=230, 232, 234, 236, 239) and plutonium (A=238, 240, 242) shows that there is satisfactory description for deformed actinide nuclei structure features
