Nanosecond fimino converter for AI-4096-3M analyzer

Description

A time converter that operates together with analyser AI-4096-3M has been developed for neutron spectrometers of the 'Fakel' accelerator. The device has the following parameters: width of the time channel is 50 mnsec, maximum number of channels 4096, differential non-linearity <1%. The converter uses integrated circuits. Converter operation is based on occupinq the time intervals of periodically following pulses which are subsequently converted into a digital code
