On some possibilities of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with Si(Li)-detector during ore and non-ferrous metallurgy
Description
With particular reference to the analysis of copper-molybdenum raw material and non-ferrous metallurgy products study has been made of the potential fields of rational uses of X-ray fluorescence analysis on the basis of semiconductor detectors. Advantages are shown of using the X-ray fluorescence radioisotopic spectrometer with a Si(Li) detector as compared with the other types of instruments in performing the analysis of copper-molybdenum ores containing Zr, Sr and other elements
