Real structure of YBa2Cu3O7-y high-tc superconductor
Description
YBa2Cu3O7-x monocrystals, having different phase compositions are studied in detail using diffraction analysis. The coexistence of rhombic and tetragonal phases in the crystal is established. The lattice parameters are determined. Structural transformations from the tetragonal into orthorhombic lattices is controlled by the martensite mechanism. 2 refs
