On the solution of the two-dimensional stationary Schroedinger equation with potential of special type

Description
Two-dimensional problem for eigenvalues and eigenfunctions, belonged to the discrete spectrum, was reduced approximately to one-dimensional problem for the case, when the potential ε(x,y) was presented in the form of ε(x,y)=ε1(x) at /y/>b, ε(x,y)=ε2(x) at /y/≤b. The relation between adopted zero approximation and the result of self-consistent field method was established. 10 refs., 2 figs
