Physical and chemical properties of high temperature superconductors on the base of thallium
Description
In the present work authors describe the obtaining of compounds of Tl-2233, Tl-2212, Tl-1133. These compounds was obtained on ceramic technology through indirect compounds. The essence of the method is that first of all obtain so-called matrix-all composition of compound without of thallium after that add proper quantity of thallium oxide and obtain thallium ceramic of given composition. Two staging of the method provoked by volatility of thallium oxide and its toxicity. For the developing of technology was carried out the preliminary component investigations which was taken in proper quantities by differential thermal analysis. For this purpose was used oxides: Ba O, Ca O, Sr O, Cu O, Eu2O3
