Thermochemical study of gaseous oxyacid salts. Communication 5. Cesium tungstate

Description
Sublimation of Cs2WO4 in the range of temperatures from 100 to 1200 K was studied by the method of high-temperature mass spectrometry to determine thermodynamic properties and vaporization characteristics of cesium tungstate, which can form as a result of nuclear fuel interaction with structural materials of a nuclear reactor. Temperature dependence of Co+ and Cs2WO4+ ion current intensities permitted calculation of standard formation and atomization enthalpies of cesium tungstate equal to -1234.1 ± 7.8 and 3230 ± 8 kJ/mol respectively

С целью определения термодинамических свойств и характеристик парообразования вольфрамата цезия, способного образовываться в результате взаимодействия ядерного топлива с конструкционными материалами ядерного реактора, методом высокотемпературной масс-спектрометрии исследована сублимация Cs2WO4 в интервале температур 100-1200 К. На основе температурной зависимости интенсивности ионных токов Co+ и Cs2WO4+ рассчитаны стандартные энтальпии образования и атомизации вольфрамата цезия, равные -1234.1 ± 7.8 и 3230 ± 8 кДж/моль соответственноAdditional details
