The physics development concept in Kazakhstan in the context of the 'Strategy of Kazakhstan Development - 2030' program realization

The paper presents the draft of Kazakhstan physics development concept in the context of the 'Strategy of Kazakhstan Development-2030' program realization. In the paper the current conditions of physical science development have been presented. According a new national interests and strategical trends of the Republic of Kazakhstan development the conclusion about of necessity for selection of physical science principal priorities which in the maximal extent could promote to its realization are cited. On the base of existing natural and historical preconditions the following priorities of national character are selected: Industries and technologies of radioactive waste handling; Oil and gas complex of Kazakhstan; Uranium industry and nuclear power; Mining and metallurgy complex of Kazakhstan; Nuclear medicine; Development of physical education and specialists training. The main necessary tasks for realization of each indicated priority are formulated. The key purpose of the paper is wide-scale discussion of native and international community for short- and long-term prospects
