Classical transport of plasma particles near the separatrix of a field-reversed configuration
- 1. Gunma Univ., Kiryu (Japan). Faculty of Technology
Description
Classical particle transport in a Field-Reversed configuration has been studied with a use of plasma kinetic theory. The distribution functions have been obtained for the plasma particles near the separatrix. The algorithm to determine the ambipolar potential at the mirror point is also presented in this paper.
