Abstract (German)

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Justus Mühlenpfordt hat beim Aufbau der isotopengeologischen Forschung in der DDR Bahnbrechendes geleistet und so zur Schaffung der Voraussetzungen beigetragen dafür, daβ das Zentralinstitut fūr Istopen- und Strahlenforschung der AdW der DDR vom 22. bis 26. 10. 1975 in Gera eine erste internatioinale Arbeitstagung "Isotope in der Natur" veranstalten Konnte. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Stand und Perspektiven der Erforschung der Gesetzmäβigkeiten der Verbreitung stabiler und radioaktiver Isotope in der Natur und die Konzeption der Arbeiten des Zentralinstituts für Isotopen- und Strahlenforschung auf diesem Gebiet skizziert.
