Vacuum system of a linear induction accelerator

The purpose of the invention is to expand the ranges of voltage (and energy consequenctly) and current of accelerated particle beam, enabling to maintain operability of vacuum system to provide the required efficiency with simultaneous reduction of radial dimensions of the system. In order to achieve the purpose, the electrodes of ring discharge pump are supplied with electric leads from vacuum tube, which are connected with resistors and capacitors, forming RC-circuit.
