Description
After 10 years of opening up energy markets to competition, what is the first assessment we can make? The aim of this presentation is twofold: firstly, in the light of the debate on the draft NOME law (for New Organization of the Electricity Market), which could revolutionize the sector, we need to know whether the sector has finally been opened up, and if not, why not; secondly, we need to assess how the players - both the major energy companies and the local public model - have evolved
