Description
The computer program Wear is developed to determine erosion-corrosion wear (ECW) rates and a wall thinning in a pipeline over operating time. It is shown that the intensity of ECW can be essentially changed due to water chemistry varying as well as to replacement of the amine. A chromium content increase in the material is most efficient for better erosion-corrosion resistance. The intensity of ECW in steel 20 pipelines is dependent on Keller's coefficient
Abstract (Russian)
Разработана компьютерная программа Износ, позволяющая рассчитывать скорости эрозионно-коррозионного износа (ЭКИ) за период эксплуатации и утонение стенки трубопровода. Показано, что за счет изменения показателей водно-химического режима и замены амина можно существенно изменить интенсивность ЭКИ. Увеличение содержания хрома в металле является наиболее эффективным способом повышения эрозионно-коррозионной стойкости металла. От численного значения коэффициента Келлера зависит интенсивность ЭКИ трубопроводов, изготовленных из стали 20Additional details
