Description

Following the destruction of the World Trade Centre in New York in 2001, the Canadian Government reacted swiftly to enhance its anti-terrorism capabilities. While this initiative was Government wide, its effect on the Human Monitoring Laboratory's activities were manifold. Several proposals were submitted for approval and the three that were accepted resulting in a large overhaul of the laboratory's investigative capabilities. This paper describes those changes.
