Proceedings of the 16. 2015 energy meetings

Description

The energy meetings is the biggest annual event for French local communities in the energy domain. These meetings brought together more than 2000 participants during 3 days. The public is mainly composed of officials, representatives from local communities, institutions, private organisations and associations. The scope has been broaden to encompass all strategic domains dealing with energy and climate issues. This 16. edition put the question of the territorial governance by positioning the actors and their practices in the centre of the game and in a situation where they can overcome the limits imposed by the traditional public intervening forces. It demonstrates the catalytic role that local communities can play to make the energy transition a societal transition. The meetings were organised in 64 workshops and forums. These proceedings brings together the available material: 47 presentations (slides) given at 24 workshops described separately in fact sheets, plus 63 fact sheets for the description of forums content
