An isochronal annealing study of deformed copper by means of positron lifetime

Description
The recovery of plastically deformed copper was measured by positron lifetime for four different degrees of deformation. Two stages were observed; the high temperature stage (300 -- 5000C) is attributed to recrystallization but the origin of the low temperature stage (below 2000C) is not so clear. (auth.)
