Maxwell-Bloch equation and inverse scattering method

Description
General solutions of the Maxwell-Bloch (MB) system defined by the polarization at t → infinity are constructed and classified by means of the inverse scattering method. Approximate solution of boundary problem for the MB system which describes the phenomenon of superfluorescence (pulse generation from initial fluctuations of polarization in a mirrorless laser) is obtained
