Description
Two possibilities of using differential γ-ray diffractometry to investigate twinned crystals are described in this paper. The analysis of the rocking curves traced from a KH2PO4 sample in the low-temperature phase allows detection of two deformation processes in its domain structure. Information on the non-linear piezoelectric response of such a ferroelectric crystal is obtained. (author)
