Iron self-diffusion in iron-manganese alloys
Description
The tracer method has been used to study self-diffusio of iron in a grain and along grain boundaries, in alloys Fe+15% Mn with carbon contents of 0.01, 05 and 1.0%, after long isothermal periods in the region of minimum stability of manganese austentie (530, 580, 640 and 680 deg C). The coefficients of self-diffusion of iron in a grain and along grain boundaries, the grain energy and Onsager coefficients have been defined
