Das Berichtsheft enthaelt die waehrend der Jahrestagung Kerntechnik '90 vorgestellten drei Fachsitzungsrefereate. Ihre Titel sind: Der Genehmigungswiderruf wegen erheblicher Gefaehrdung im Sinne von Paragraph 17 Abs. 5 AtG; Deutsch-Deutsche Energiewirtschaft - zur kuenftigen unternehmerischen Zusammenarbeit auf dem Gebiet der Kernenergie; Rechtsfragen einer europaeischen Entsorgung. Diese drei Referate fanden Einzelaufnahme. (HSCH)
