In the environment naturally occurring mutagenes and cancerogenes
Description
The 'up-to-date' nutrition, including the uncritical consumption of plants and vegetable products, has led to a renaissance of long forgotten diseases in animal and man. In this article a survey is given about naturally occuring compounds, which may lead to the formation of tumors after extended consumption and/or after occurence of mould fungus. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
(orig.)Additional details
