Electron tunneling spectroscopy in magnetic materials
Description
Basic information on the electron tunneling spectroscopy, on the preparation of tunneling junctions as well as on the elastic and inelastic tunneling is given. The measurements of spin polarization of electrons in ferromagnetic films are reviewed. The observation of magnons in antiferromagnetic NiO is mentioned. 27 refs., 10 figs. (author)
