Influence of the temperature conditions of ionic irradiation on a critical current in YBa2Cu3O7-x films

Description
Superconducting films YBa2Cu3O7-x after irradiation by 3.6 MeV He++ ions at 2.5x1014-3.5x1016 cm-2 fluences were studied. The critical current density at different irradiation temperatures (from 10 to 300 K) was measured. It is shown that stepwise low-temperature irradiation and warming up to 300 K improved radiation stability. 1 tab
