Mechanized submerged AN-45 welding of NPP equipment
Description
The properties of weld metal and welded joints of the 08Kh18N10T steels performed using the submerged AN-45 and 48-OF-6 welding are compared. It is established that mechanical properties of welded joints in the afterwelding state after ageing during 3000 hours at the temperature of 350 deg C are not below the corresponding characteristics of a basemetal and are characterized by high stability. It is advisable to use the AN-45 fusing agent for welding sheet constructions of the NPP pipelines of the IIB class made of 08Kh18N10T steel operating at the temperatures up to 300 deg C
