Relativistic mean field calculation of nuclear masses with FSUGold
- 1. Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre, Kolkata (India)
- 2. Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata (India)
Description
The aim of the present work is to calculate nuclear ground state atomic mass excesses of elements from the effective field theoretical model based on an interacting Lagrangian that provides an accurate description of finite nuclei and a Lorentz covariant extrapolation for the equation of state of dense matter
