Investigation of deposits in the circulation circuits of pilot plants with dissociating nitrine coolant

Description
The investigation of the deposits formed on the working surfaces of the equipment of benchmarks and pilot plants with nitrine coolant for the parameter range t=10-500 deg C, p=1.0-16.0 MPa is carried out. The element and phase compositions of the deposits are determined. A dependence of the deposit composition on the coolant parameters is revealed. The obtained data are considered as the basis for solving the problem of deposit formation in the circuits with dissociating coolant. The solution of this problem is connected with further investigation and optimization of the ways and means for maintaining the impurities in the coolant in dissolved state
