Multibeam self-channeling of plasma waves

Description

Stationary multibeam self-channeling of plasma waves of the lower hybrid frequency band (ω/sub H/i<ω<ω/sub H/e) was experimentally observed under ionization nonlinearity conditions. It is shown that the proposed theoretical model admits of many-soliton solutions that explain the most characteristic features of the observed phenomenon
